How embarrassing is this? One of Bush's sworn enemies is now selling fuel oil to poor Americans in Massachusetts at 40% below market value. Venezuelan president Chavez has committed to shipping 45 million liters of heating oil through CITGO, a US based subsidiary of the Venezuelan state owned oil company.
I guess our government is not able to handle our own poor people's needs so we apparently need the help of other nations to help us.
Since we can't count on our own government to help the American people will there soon be a telethon held off shore to fund say our Katrina victims too?
